Cancellation Policy:

Customers can request a cancellation of their order within 2 days of the delivery date. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team at contact@dhanadecor.com with your order details. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, provided that the cancellation request is made within the specified time frame.

Please note that if your order has already been shipped or processed for delivery, we may not be able to cancel it. In such cases, you may still be eligible for a refund as per our refund policy outlined below.

Refund Policy:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 2 days of the delivery date. To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at contact@dhanadecor.com with your order details and reason for the refund request.

Once your refund request is received and approved, we will initiate the refund process. Please note that it may take 2-3 weeks for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, we may issue the refund in the form of store credit or an alternative payment method.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs incurred.

Exceptions:

  • Customized or personalized items may not be eligible for cancellation or refund unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
  • Clearance or sale items may not be eligible for refunds unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
